For Developers: Extending FoneConnector

FoneConnector uses an open architecture and is extensible through Phone Plugins. Native Phone Plugins can potentially support all of the current FoneConnector features available, if the telephony system supports that too through an API:



If you are interested in developing native Phone Plugins for FoneConnector to connect to a dedicated telephony system (or integrate with any other workflow), please contact us via e-mail, and describe a little bit what your plans are. After a short evaluation we would provide you with a native API for FoneConnector.
