3.2 Configuring ilink direct Phone Plugin
Requirements:- ilink direct and one of the compatible phone systems (maybe you will need a TeamCall® server too).
- direct must be installed and working with your telephony system
- direct should display the incoming calls with the caller's phone number
For currently supported FoneConnector features please check the appropriate tab:

3.2.1. Add the direct Phone Plugin in FoneConnector -> Preferences -> Phones

3.2.2. Give it a name (optional)

3.2.3 Install the direct inbound call script
Click on the button to open the direct scripts folder:

Click and drag the script icon from FoneConnector to the just opened direct scripts folder:

Now use the minus symbol - in the lower left of the FoneConnector window to remove the direct Phone Plugin and re-add it as described above in 3.2.1. The direct Phone Plugin can check for the installed direct script only when it's added at this time. The result should look like this:

3.2.4 Define incoming call script
Open the direct application and select »Preferences« from the direct menu bar. Change to the »Call Handing« tab. Check »Script for calls:« and select the »Direct Daylite Gateway.scpt« from the pul-down:

You are now ready to use FoneConnector along with direct - just call the phone line that is connected to the direct telephone system to test it.
